WFC Masinac PZP began preparations on January 25^th and first week of preparatory work, the expedition of 35 players and 5 members of the coaching staff will visit tomorrow at the Hotel Barka in Knjazevac. Under the leadership of Perica Krstic and colleagues, the team will train in the field of the stadium and the city court miners from Podvis, twice a day with the basic aim to complete the final selection of the first team for the spring part of the championship.
After the departure of several players from the club during the winter period, the young and talented football players get to enforce and ensure a place in the team of multiple champion of  Serbia.
Competitive team has 35 football players, among them, and reinforcements from this transitional period and a group of promising players born 1994, who have the right performance in senior competition by compliting 15 years, and the opportunity to sign the first contracts with the Club scholarships.

According to Perica Krstic, the first man of the profession in the Club, all football players will be treated the same and get equal opportunity. Those that find themselves in a group of 20, will be part of the first team, but others will continue with training and will be borrowed to the teams from this region, in order to allow the players to play matches and get the maturation for the future.

The most beautiful news for the team is certainly a decision of Hristina Sampanidis to stay in the team for the continuation of priority.
For a coach of the first team in the coaching staff is Marina Mladenovic, longtime football player of  team from Nis, a professor of physical education. She will be the first assistant of coach Perica Krstic, who will assume the function of professional sports director of the Club.

Medical team will be led by Dr. Dragoslav Boskovic, assisted by Dr. Miladin Radovanovic, Dr. Biljana Mikic, Dr. Dragana Milic and physiotherapists Radoslav Zivkovic.
Perica Krstic has set high standards for all first team players.
Football players has prepared a code of conduct, which includes relationships in the team, attitude toward work and recovery, nutrition, and the obligations of schools and universities.
So, a very serious and important strategic move, which wants the return of the champion on high position.
